Shipping & Returns Information
All of our products are shipped via UPS or USPS. UPS is a guaranteed delivery with tracking numbers, while USPS Priority and Express Mail doesn't use tracking numbers therefore delivery can not be guaranteed. UPS may cost a couple of dollars more but you get that extra guarantee, which we recommend during critical shipping periods such as holiday seasons, birthday or any other special occasions. This recommendation comes from supplier and their past experience with both shipping methods. We do ship outside the Continental United States, but keep in mind that the shipping time is much longer and we reserve the right to refuse orders to certain countries. You will recieve a notice via email once your order has been submitted along with the tracking information, if you choose USP shipping methods. You should receive your order in 7 to 10 business days (holidays excluded).
Returns are easy!
If you recieve your order and you find a defect with your purchase then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. We will replace the item at no charge to you.
*Items that are not defective and are being returned due to wrong size being ordered are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees will not be refunded.
**All returns should be sent to the supplier's return address, NOT Faithful Trends adddress. If you send it to the Faithful Trends address then you will be charged for the shipping cost back the the supplier, Kerusso, Inc..

PLEASE NOTE THE RETURN SHIPPING POLICY: Ship all returns to the above address. We strongly suggest using a shipping method that provides some kind of tracking. If returns are lost in the return shipping process Faithful Trends will not be responsible for the cost of the lost products and without the returned products refunds cannot be offered.
